Here is my store front to my Blood Testing Service.
I have actually done 2 lots of Phlebotomy or Blood taking courses, to ensure you get the very best of service.
Some tips to aid in making sure you the best out of your visit;
Fill out the health questionnaire, mentioning if you have had problems at previous sessions, if you, prefer to lie down to being seated
We prefer that you are well hydrated, water is the best, at least a pint of fluid before arriving for your blood being taken. NOTE: Drinks high in sugar not so good, alcohol, tea and coffee - they can have a dehydration effect. Try to drink a lot the day before and before you come for your blood test.
One thing I have learnt is not too rush the session as it, causes anxiety which in turn makes trying to collect blood difficult.
You have 15 minutes allocated consult, no 5-10 minutes in and out.
